The Announcement Bar section is designed to display a prominent message at the top of your website.

Within the theme settings, you have the flexibility to enable or disable the sticky header group behavior.
Sticky headers remain visible at the top of the screen as users scroll down the page.
If you choose to disable this behavior, the header will not stay fixed at the top and will scroll along with the content.
